YMCA Camp Collins Questors
Entering Grades 7 – 9
The oldest unit in the YMCA resident camp program at Collins allows campers to stretch the limits of their world. Trained staff members lead campers through an all day challenge course program that emphasizes team building and discussions on Love, Respect, Honesty, Responsibility and Service. The Questors participate in traditional camp activities as well as progressive, independent, specialty activities away from the younger campers.
Questors Only – Specialties
Questors choose from this list of specialties and we do our best to give each Questor their 1st or 2nd choice. Questors will not participate in the other specialty activities.
Aquatics: Includes learning basic lifeguard skills and pool maintenance, as well as a day as a junior lifeguard and rafting down the Sandy. Camper who sign up for aquatics should have basic swimming skills and feel comfortable in the water.
Challenge Course: Includes in-depth instruction of proper safety techniques on our challenge course, set-up and take-down of equipment, team-building on low and high elements.

Pricing Guide
Realizing that families have different abilities to pay, YMCA Camp Collins uses a three-tier rate structure for our summer camp programs. Please take a moment to look at the rate descriptions below and choose the rate level that is most suitable for your family.
Rate One
Based on the actual cost of camp for one child to participate. Includes expenses for staff, maintenance, food and supplies.
Example
$560.00 $510.00 $460.00
Rate Two
Our partially subsidized fee for those families who can pay a little more, but still can't afford the actual cost of camp.
Example
$560.00 $510.00 $460.00
Rate Three
Our standard subsidized fee. This rate does not reflect the true cost of operating sumer camp programs.
Example

This program is voluntary and in no way influences the experience children receive, yet it offers the opportunity for families to take an active role in supporting the true cost of their child's camp experience.
