Christian Leadership Conference The NW Regional Christian Leadership Conference provides YMCA participants with educational and developmental activities and forums. A central component of this conference focuses on the importance of leadership at the YMCA with a strong emphasis on the values of the Y.   The YMCA of Columbia Willamette and the Walker Foundation held the Third Annual Christian Leadership Conference at Camp Collins in Gresham, Oregon on May 15 – May 17, 2009. YMCA employees, volunteers and guests are invited to join us in 2010.
